6. TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 Problems, Possible Causes and Solutions
PROBLEM

SOLUTION
The Pulsator is too slow.
Power Cut or Switched Off
Switch the power on.
Transmission belt not
attached correctly.
Assemble the transmission belt.
Belt pully has become
loose.
Tighten the belt.
Pulsator is blocked.
Remove the blockage.
The Pulsator does not
rotate
Belt is loose
Tighten the belt or renew it.
Abnormal Noise and
vibration.
The clothes in the spin dry
tub are unbalanced.
Replace the clothes in the tub
making sure it they are pushed
down and level with the Spin
Cap on.
Hairpins, Coins or metal
items were left in clothes.
Check to see if any hairpins etc
were left in clothes and have
become loose in the wash tub.
The wash tub or spin tub
are overfilled.
Remove some of the items from
the tubs.
There is something
jammed between the
pulsator and the wash tub.
Removed the jammed object(s)
Water leaks from the wash
tub
Drain hose was not
properly connected.
Reconnect and tighten the hose.
Spin-dry basket does not
rotate
The spin select switch is in
loose contact.
Adjust the contactor of the
switch.
The fixed screw of the
spin dry basket or shaft
coupling is loose.
Tighten the screw.
The shaft of the spin
dry basket is tangled by
textiles.
Remove the textile.
Brake dragline is loose.
Tighten the dragline.
The spin tub or wash tub do
not drain.
Something has dropped
into the space between
spin tub and spin dry
basket.
Remove the object.
The drain hose has become
blocked.
Check the drain hose and clear
any blockage.
