To use FUNtainer® Food Storage System:
1. Pull the front latch (A1) down and lift lid (B) to open.
2. Remove all components. Wash outer shell (A), lid (B), tray (C1), lid insert (C2)
removable components (D, E), and polypropylene containers (F, G), separately
and allow to dry.
3. Once all parts have dried:
a. Insert tray (C1) into outer shell (A) first. Singular cutout (C1.1) on the rim
of the tray should line up with the front latch (A1) and the two cutouts on
the opposite side of the singular cutout (C1.1) should line up with the
hinges.
b. Insert lid insert (C2) into interior of lid (B) by putting the back surface
below the notches in the lid (B) and pressing the front side down until it
snaps into the front clasp. (To remove, push knob toward middle until the
clasp releases, then pull upward and out.)
4. Fill the removable components (D, E) and polypropylene containers (F, G) with
contents. Do not overfill. Leave space to close polypropylene containers (F, G)
with lids and avoid overflow. Tray (C1) can also be used without the removable
components (D, E) and/or polypropylene container (F,G).
a. Tray (C1) and removable components (D, E) are not leak-proof. The
polypropylene containers (F, G) are recommended to store wet contents.
5. Place all removable components (D, E) filled with contents back into the tray
(C1).
a. Place removable components (D, E) in the largest rectangular section of
tray with textured tabs back to back.
b. Place polypropylene container (F) into the round section of tray (B).
c. Place polypropylene container (G) into the smaller rectangular section of
tray (B).
d. Ensure components (D, E), tray (C1), and lid insert (C2) are properly
seated in the tray to minimize movement of contents within the Storage
System.
6. After closing lid (B), lift up latch (A1) and snap securely into place.
