Troubleshooting

The spinner does not start:

Check the state of the power supply cord, be sure it is properly plugged in.
Check if the OFF-ON switch is in “ON” position.
If the problem persists, contact Thermo Fisher Scientific.

You observe peak shift:

Check your sample preparation, make sure that you have right amount of powder in the cup.
Check the alignment of the sample holder.
