6 FAULTS
6.1 Troubleshooting table

During troubleshooting, make sure
that the mains voltage is switched on
and the gas supply is open.
Remove the bottom part of the
outside housing (GA42) and the
upper part of the outside housing (GA
60/85/110) for maintenance on the
internal parts.
Warning
Remove the mains plug from the
socket and shut off the gas supply
during repair.
Fault Cause Solution Action
The heater does not
start up.
1 The heater has no volt-
age.
Check the electrical connec-
tion.

2 The fan motor runs
heavily or is blocked.
Check if the fan motor is dirty
or blocked.
User
Replace the fan motor. Dealer
3 The thermostat is set to
a too low temperature.
Correct the settings. User
4 There is no through-
connector on the ther-
mostat connection.
Fit the through-connector. User
5 Defect in the operating
Filter at the differential
pressure switch
is clogged.
Replace filter.
