Transferring Scan Credits to One or More TruNarc Analyzers
The actions required to transfer scan credits vary depending on two factors:
• The number of analyzers for which you have purchased credits
• Whether one of these analyzers is connected to the Admin software at
the time of purchase

To transfer credits that were purchased for one analyzer

To transfer credits that were purchased for more than one analyzer
If the analyzer is connected to the
computer at the time of purchase
If the analyzer is not connected to the
computer at the time of purchase

Select
Sync Scan Credits
in the
Admin software.

The software transfers the credits
to the attached analyzer.

Open the Admin software on the
computer, if it is not already
open.

Turn on the analyzer.

Connect it to the computer with
the USB cable.

The Admin software
automatically transfers the
credits. You do not need to click
Sync Scan Credits
.
If one of the analyzers is connected to the
computer at the time of purchase
If no analyzer is connected to the
computer at the time of purchase

Select
Sync Scan Credits
in the
Admin software.

The software will transfer the
credits to the attached analyzer.

When the software tells you the
transfer is completed, disconnect
the analyzer.

For each of the other analyzers:
• Turn on the analyzer.
• Connect it to the computer
with the USB cable.
• The Admin software
automatically transfers the
credits. You do not need to
click
Sync Scan Credits
.
