5.0 RETURNING ASSEMBLIES FOR REPAIR
Should it become necessary to return any assembly, sub-assembly, or component for repair or
replacement, contact the factory prior to shipment for specific information such as:

authorization number
, shipping instructions, price, time to repair, etc. Also include pertinent facts
describing the nature of the problem. Ship all components to the following:
