3.1.5 USB

PCB assembly MAIN-02 is equipped with USB-B connector X2.

3.1.6 Controller

PCB assembly MAIN-02 is equipped with controller D11.

3.1.7 Power

PCB assembly MAIN-02 is equipped with three power connectors:

•

X11 is for motor driver

•

X12 is for main power

•

X16 is for incubation

3.1.8 Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD)

PCB assembly MAIN-02 is equipped with CPLD chip D26.

3.1.9 Serial Interface

PCB assembly MAIN-02 is equipped with connector X20 from which RS-cable (2305190) is
connected to serial RS 232 port. This connector is intended for CPLD programming and for use of
HW Doctor program.

3.1.10 Fan

PCB assembly MAIN-02 is equipped with connector X34 from which fan assembly (2103900) is
connected. The fan assembly is installed to heater blower plate.

3.2

PCB Assembly RT-01

PCB assembly RT-01 receives information from position sensors of turntable. PCB assembly
MAIN-02 controls turntable motor based on information received from RT-01.

PCB assembly RT-01 has four connectors:

•

X1: Flat cable interface to PCB assembly MAIN-02

•

X5: Motor cable interface to turntable motor

•

X6, X7: Interfaces to position sensors of turntable

3.3

PCB Assembly MM-01

PCB assembly MM-01 receives information from position sensors of magnet lift system. PCB
assembly MAIN-02 controls magnet lift motor based on information received from PCB assembly
MM-01.

PCB assembly MM-01 has four connectors:

X2: Flat cable interface to PCB assembly MAIN-02

•

X8: Motor cable interface to magnet lift motor

•

X10: Folio cable interface to magnet plate (head) position sensor (micro switch)

•
