Maintenance
Unit should be cleaned at least twice a year following
instructions below.
Cleaning the Cabinet
The cabinet interior should be cleaned frequently. Any spilled
liquid should be wiped off immediately, since stains resulting
from some spills could be permanent if not quickly removed.
Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning the cabinet.
The exterior of the cabinet should be cleaned occasionally.
A mild detergent and lukewarm water or solution of
bicarbonate of soda (1 tablespoon per gallon of water) is
recommended for cleaning the interior and exterior of the
cabinet. All surfaces should be rinsed and thoroughly
dried.Do not use cleaners containing ammonia or bleach.
Cleaning Door Gasket
A solution of mild soap / detergent and lukewarm water can
be used for cleaning the door gaskets with a soft, clean cloth.
Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before
reconnecting and turning on the unit.
CAUTION:
When servicing the unit,
disconnect from the electrical power source.
CAUTION:
Do not use any type of abrasive
such as steel wool or fluids such as Gasoline,
Naphtha or paint thinner that could be harmful
to plastic materials, door gasket and/or painted
surfaces for cleaning.
