Maintaining Components Outside the Vacuum Manifold

DSQ II Hardware Manual

Thermo Scientific

5. Remove the calibration gas flow module.

Removing the Calibration Gas Flow Module

Disconnect the gas fittings.

b. Disconnect the foreline adapter tubing from the foreline adapter, which is located

near the high vacuum pump.

Remove the two screws.

d. Remove the calibration gas flow module.

6. Install the new calibration gas flow module (PN 119246-0001).

Insert the new module.

b. Reattach the two screws.

Reattach the foreline adapter tubing to the foreline adapter.

d. Reconnect the gas fittings.
