Maintaining the DSQ II

Maintaining Components Outside the Vacuum Manifold

Thermo Scientific

DSQ II Hardware Manual

Disconnect the cables to the low pass filter board.

b. Disconnect the cable to the analog board.

Figure 56.

Removing the Lens Interface Board

Remove the four screws holding the lens interface board

in place.

d. Remove the current lens interface board.

5. Install the new lens interface board (PN 119590-0110).

Insert the new lens interface board.

b. Reattach the screws that hold the lens interface board in place.

Reconnect the cables.

6. Reattach the right, left, top, and front covers of the DSQ II.

7. Restart the DSQ II.
