Select suppressor type [105]
This message appears if you try to edit the suppressor current when
the suppressor type is set to “none.” After the error appears, the
suppressor type screen is displayed.
To troubleshoot:
•
Select the type of suppressor installed and then retry editing the
suppressor current.
•
Feature not installed [106]
This message appears if you press a
DEVICE SELECT
button for a
device that is not installed.
•
Gradient in progress [107]
This error appears if you try to edit the flow rate, EGC concentration,
gradient time, final concentration, or EGC type while a gradient is
running.
To troubleshoot:
•
Wait for the gradient to complete, or stop the gradient by pressing
the
EGC
button on the front panel. When you restart, the
concentration selected on the EGC concentration screen (i.e., the
starting gradient concentration) is in effect.
•
ERR:OVER VOLTAGE SUPP [120]
This error appears if you press the
AES/SRS
DEVICE SELECT
button
and the Dionex RFC cannot establish a connection with the
suppressor.
To troubleshoot:
•
Check the suppressor cable connections.
•
If the error persists, replace the suppressor. Refer to the
suppressor manual for instructions. Suppressor manuals are
included on the Thermo Scientific Reference Library DVD
(P/N 053891).
