Snap tight the carrier retainer on to the carrier

The rotisserie operates best when the load is balanced. For example, place carriers 

at opposing (180

°) 

positions (that is, 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock) on one side of the 

rotisserie. If additional carriers are loaded, do the same on the other side. Up to 

8 carriers may be loaded. Temperature accuracy and uniformity are not affected 

by array or carrier placement
