Connecting the Power Cable

The Accela LC modules ship with power cords appropriate to their shipping destination
(see

Table 9

). Local codes in your area might require that you install another type of plug and

receptacle. Your local Thermo Fisher Scientific field service engineer provides the appropriate
power plugs.

The NEMA 5-15P plug and its corresponding receptacle are shown in

Figure 6

To connect the pump to line power

1. Connect the power cord to the line power receptacle on the back panel of the Accela

pump (see

Figure 5

page 17

2. Connect the power cord to an appropriate line power source.
