The electric water heater WABO by Thermal Technology ® is an electric device and
therefore it must not have contact with water. If power cable is damaged it must be
replaced by manufacturer or by its technical service or by specialised personnel.
If installed in a bathroom, the boiler
must be installed so that switches
and other control devices can not
be touched by a person who is in
the bath or shower. If installed near
a bathtub, a shower or a sink must
be respected the standard distances
that are normally at least 60 cm
from the various edges.
THE INSTALLATION IN AREA 0, AREA 1 OR AREA 2 IS FORBIDDEN (see PIC.1).
8. First activation
• Check the hydraulic connection to be made according regulation in force.
• Before powering the device fill the Carbon Boiler by opening the hot water tap;
• Check the functional capacity of the safety group;
• Set the desired temperature on the control unit according to the instructions below
(See nr. 8).
• Supervise the first heating cycle;
• In the case of thermostatic valve installation: we recommend to turn its knob
clockwise until it stops and then counterclockwise around 180°, doing so the outlet
water temperature will be about 36°C.
