PROBLEM SOLVER

BEFO RE CALLIN G FO R SERVICE

Make sure that the gas shut off valve is in the
O N  position and the gas supply to the house
is not shut off.

Make sure the burner caps are properly
positioned and the burner ports are not
clogged. C lear  por ts with a wir e or
straightened paper clip if clogged.

Make sure the igniters are clean and dry.

Make sure that there is no draft in the room.

Check the power supply. It should be properly
grounded with the correct polarity. Make sure
the unit is plugged in and the circuit breaker is
not tripped.

W hen the electrical power connection has
been activated at the first power up or re-
connected after an outage, the igniters may
spark once or twice even though all burner
knobs are in the off position.
