MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Cleaning and disinfection:
Ensure that the room is adequately ventilated during cleaning and disinfection.
Clean surfaces of THERA-Trainer coro with a soft damp cloth.
Clean surfaces of the THERA-Trainer coro exclusively by wipe disinfection.
Clean foils and stickers carefully.
Place cushion-set, stomach cushion, pelvic safety straps and seating board
cover an aqueous alcohol based disinfectant, and disinfect.
Disinfect the fall protection belt incl. seat board through wipe disinfection.
Allow disinfected parts to dry completely.
Only use THERA-Trainer coro again after contact time and drying time defined
by disinfectant manufacturer is over.
Clean/disinfect pelvic safety strap/fall protection belt incl. seat board as follows:
Do not wash in the washing machine. In doing so, the pelvic safety strap or fall
protection belt incl. seat board can be damaged.
Cleaning can be done with mild, warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth or a
soft hand brush.
To disinfect place pelvic safety strap/seating board cover in an alcohol-based
watery disinfectant solution, and disinfect.
Disinfect the fall protection belt incl. seat board through wipe disinfection.
Comply with the specified exposure time and drying time.
11. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
The manufacturer recommends a technical inspection after 24 months.
When the housing of the THERA-Trainer coro is opened, a technical inspection is
required. The relevant information for a technical inspection is available from the
manufacturer on request.
11.1. Replacing the balance unit
According to the manufacturer's specifications, the balance unit on the THERA-
Trainer coro must be replaced after five years.
11.2. Fall protection belt incl. seat board
There is a label with the date of manufacturer on the fall protection belt incl. seat
board. According to this information, the fall protection belt incl. seat board must be
replaced after 5 years.
11.3. Replacing the pelvic safety strap
There is a label with the date of manufacturer on the pelvic safety strap. According
to this information, the pelvic safety strap must be replaced after 5 years.
