This appendix provides the I/O port specifications for the GbE XMC Ethernet Card.
A.1 I/O Port Specifications
GbE external I/O ports, two RJ–45 Ethernet ports (see Figure A-1 ), are accessible
through the I/O connectors on the GbE bezel panel (faceplate).
Both RJ–45 Ethernet ports are described in the following sections of this appendix,
along with LED behaviors. Drawings of the I/O ports are provided to display physi-
cal pin locations followed by a table describing signal definitions.
