Assembly Instructions
THE RAKE HEAD:
Attach the Rake Head
Identify handle with slotted end (A). Insert rake head (C)
into slotted end of handle. Align holes and insert one 1.5”
bolt (K), do not overtighten nut. Note: This product is
engineered to have a tight fit. Completely tightening nuts
before all bolts are inserted may result in improper fitting.
Attach Braces to Handle
Align holes of wrap-around end of braces (F) with handle
(A). Ensure one brace is on top of the handle while the
second is underneath. Insert two 3/4” bolt (J). Do not
completely tighten nuts.
Tighten the Lock Nuts
Once all bolts are inserted, tighten lock nuts, being careful
not to overtighten.
Attach Braces to Rake Head
Align holes of flat end of braces (F) with holes in rake head
(C). Insert one 3/4” bolt (J) for each rake head brace (F). Do
not completely tighten nuts.
• One 7/16” Wrench
• One #2 Phillips Screwdriver
