Insert Upper Handle into the Support Leg and tighten using M6x40 Bolts & M6 Lock Nuts.  

NOTE: NOW GO BACK AND TIGHTEN ALL NUTS AND BOLTS STARTING WITH THE WITH FIRST STEP.
