The USB Variant communicates to the Host via a USB3.1 interface.

M.2 Variant
The PCIe M.2 Variant communicates with the Host via a PCIe M.2 interface. Therefore the M.2
Interface Adapter must be connected via the FFC cable to the FFC connector of the 5G Modem
Card Adapter Board.
