machine.

21. Remove radiator (28) from mounting frame (35).

Installation

1.

Flush the inside of the radiator with fresh water.

2.

Install radiator by reversing the order of removal.

3.

Use new cable tie to secure hose (8).

4.

Fill the radiator with clean water and ethylene glycol 
based antifreeze mixed for the coldest ambient 
temperature.

5.

Install radiator cap and start the engine, following the 
instructions in the “Safety and Operation Manual.”

CAUTION

6.

When the engine reaches normal operating 
temperature, check and fill the coolant reservoir to 
the hot full level.

Allow the engine coolant to cool completely 
before removing the radiator cap. Hot coolant 
sprayed from the cap can cause serious personal
