Assembly of machine
Remove all components from the packing case, make sure each log splitter is packed in
one carton and place the components neatly so that they may be identified and checked
for any possible damage during transit. Should any component be found damaged, please
contact your Texas dealer immediately.

Unpack the log splitter carefully with the
assistance of another person, rest it on the
polyfoam block (packed together with the
machine in a box) on a supported surface.
With the main frame supported by the polyfoam block
and the assembled supporting leg, wheels shall be
mounted on the frame of the machine. Make sure the
wheels are in balance and that they can rotate evenly.
Clothing
When working with the machine wear tight clothing,
gloves, ear protection and boots with non-skid soles.

Please refer to Figure 1 when you follow these instructions.

Plan your work site
. Work safely and save efforts by planning your work
beforehand. Place the logs where they can be easily reached. Choose a site where
you can stack the split wood or load it onto a nearby truck or other carrier.
