How to start a cold engine
1. Place the hedge-trimmer on a flat even surface.
2. Turn the switch (

) to ”I”
3. Press the fuel primer located beneath the air filter
(right side) until the gasoline returns to the tank (the clear tube).
4. Switch the choke
lever to “CLOSE”.
5. Pull the starter, until the engine runs.
6. Switch the choke to running position.
How to start a warm engine
1. Switch the choke lever
to ”OPEN”.
2. Pull the starter until the engine runs.
How to stop the engine
Put the engine in idling position before it is stopped.

Recommendations for trimming

Use only the necessary amount of gas.

Turn the hedge-trimmer 5-10
compared to the hedge. This makes it easier to cut
and the result is better.
