Switch Between Suction and Blow

The machine is switched from suction to blow by changing the position of the black handle
either up or down.

Using the Machine

1.  Start as described.
2.  Leave the engine to idle for a few seconds
3.  Place the shoulder strap over your right shoulder.
4.  With your left hand, take the first handle. With your right hand, take the rear handle.
5.  Move the machine from side to side to suck/blow leaves and similar.

To prevent blocking the tube, impeller wheel or similar, allow the machine to do the work –
do not force it.

Blockages

If the leaf vacuum has been used to suck up wet leaves or similar, these can accumulate
and block the impeller when they dry. Make sure this is clear after finishing use.

Remove blockages by switching the machine to ”OFF”. Then squeeze the collector bag
together. The return air flow is often enough to clear the blockage.

It not, follow this procedure:

1.  Remove and check the suction pipe.
2.  Check the nozzle.
3.  Refit the suction pipe.

Air Filter

Never use the leaf vacuum without a correctly fitted air filter.

pressed fully down. For suck, press fully up!
