Battery performance
You can extend service life of your battery by following some simple guidelines:
•
Always store the battery in temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
•
The lower the storage temperature the better. The battery must never be exposed to frost
or below the 5°C.
•
The battery will discharge more slowly at low temperatures.
•
Always charge the battery indoors in a garage or other covered area where it will be dry
and protected from the weather.
•
Only use the supplied battery charger to charge your battery; never attempt to use any
other charger .Use of a different charger may cause a fire or explosion.
•
The battery should not be charged more than 48 hours.
Operating
Attention! The blade continues to rotate for a few seconds after the machine is switched off. Allow
the motor/blade to stop rotating before switching “on” again. Do not rapidly switch off and on.
Starting
First ensure that the battery is correctly installed into the mower.
1. Insert ignition key into the mower
2. Press the safety lock while triggering the start lever.
3. Keep holding the lever and release the safety lock button.
4. Release the start lever to stop the machine
Stopping
1. Release start lever
2. Pull ignition key out of mower
Adjusting cutting height
•
The mower can be set to 6 cutting heights,
between 25mm and 75mm.
•
Press lever (6) inwards, then lift or push down the
mower until required height was selected.
•
Using the height of cut between 25 mm to 35 mm will
shorten the battery duration.
Note: Wet or damp grass will block ejector chute
Maintenance and storage
Warning! Always turn off the mower during maintenance. Always remove the ignition key from and
the battery before performing any adjustment, maintenance or repairs.
Cleaning
Periodically clean the mower to ensure maximum performance.
1. Pull the ignition key from the mower and remove the battery.
2. Use only a dry cloth or sponge to clean the battery.
