assembly of the TMP112EVM. This user's guide is available from the TI web site under literature number

2 TMP112EVM Hardware Setup
Figure 2 shows the overall system setup for the TMP112EVM. The computer runs software that
communicates with the SM-USB-DIG platform. The SM-USB-DIG platform generates the digital signals
used to communicate with the TMP112 test board. The SM-USB-DIG and TMP112EVM are easily
connectable through a 10-pin, board-to-board connector attached to the SM-USB-DIG platform and the
TMP112EVM PCBs. When these two boards are connected, simply plug the USB device from the SM-
USB-DIG into the computer, as shown in
Figure 2 .
