This flag enables dumping of MV and SAD value of 
the encoded stream. If  the flag is enabled, 

XDM_GETBUFINFO

 call will request for one extra 

buffer to dump the MV and SAD. See note for

Default value = 0.

XDAS_Int32 

Input 

Flag to reset HDVICP at the start of every frame that 
is encoded. This is useful for multi-channel and 
multi-format encoding.

If this flag is set, H.264 encoder assumes that the 
memories of HDVICP was overwritten by some 
other codec or by other instance of same codec with 
different quality settings between process call and

running another instance of different codec like 
H264 decoder or if running another H264 encoder 
instance with different quality setting in 

encQuality

However, application can set this flag to 0 for better
