Assembly procedure
1.First, hold the frame and insert it into the corresponding
frame jointer, the insertion depth should not exceed the mark.
2.When connecting the frame to the main machine, joint fixing
bolt should be used to fix the connection
1.Firstly loosen the set of screws which are used to fix the snow blowing rubber
plates
2.When installing the rubber plate, place the plate with its smooth side up and its
coarse side with blunt blade down.
3.Insert set of screws into the corresponding holes and tighten.
*Install the other rubber plate in the same way.
Attention should be paid to distinguish the up side and down side of the rubber plates.
The smooth and shining side is up, and the coarse side with blunt blade is the down side.
Please be cautious when installing the plates.
Note: Please be cautious not to damage the internal
cable during assembly.
When replacing the revolving part and the snow blowing rubber plates, you must turn off the switch and
disconnect the power cable.
After assembling or replacing any part of the machine or replacing any consumable parts, you should have a
double check to ensure assembly and installation is firm and steady. Otherwise, parts or components may pull
off and cause damages or personal injury.
