1. VIDEO IN

 

- DVD IN: connect to the video output terminal of a DVD player. 

- VIDEO 1 / VIDEO 2 IN: connect to the video output terminals of a VCR or other components. 

2. AUDIO IN

 

- DVD: connect to the left and right audio outputs of a DVD player 

- VIDEO 1 / VIDEO 2: connect to the left and right audio outputs of a VCR or other components. 

3. VIDEO OUT

: connect to the VIDEO IN of your TV set or Monitor. 

4. TAPE OUT

: connect to the line input terminals on a TAPE DECK or other recording device. 

5. S-VIDEO INPUTS

 

DVD-S IN: connect to the S-Video output terminal of a DVD player. 

- VIDEO 1-S IN: connect to the S-Video output terminal of a VCR or other component. 

Note: 

when using an S-Video connection, the corresponding AUDIO IN must also be connected.

 

6. VIDEO-S OUT

: connect to the S-VIDEO IN of your TV set. 

7. ANALOGUE AUDIO IN

 

- TAPE IN: connect to the left and right audio output terminals on the TAPE DECK. 

- AUX: connect to the left and right audio output terminals of another component. 

DIGITAL AUDIO TERMINALS

 

8. COAXIAL OUT: 

connect to the digital coaxial input of another amplifier, external recording device or decoder. 

9. DIGITAL IN terminals

 

- DVD COAXIAL IN: connect to the digital coaxial output of a DVD Player or other component. 

- VIDEO 1 COAXIAL IN: connect to the digital coaxial output of a DVD Player or other component. 

- VIDEO 2 OPTICAL IN: connect to the digital optical output of another component. 

10. COMPONENT VIDEO terminals 

- COMPONENT DVD IN: connect to the COMPONENT OUT of your DVD Player or other component. 

- COMPONENT VIDEO 1 IN: connect to the COMPONENT OUT of another component. 

- COMPONENT OUT: connect to the COMPONENT IN of your TV set or Monitor. 

Note: 

when using a COMPONENT IN connection, the corresponding AUDIO IN must also be connected.

 

11. FM / AM ANTENNA

: connect to the AM loop and FM cord antenna’s provided. 

12. 6.1 DIRECT IN

: connect to the 7 channels output terminals of a DVD Player or another amplifier. 

13. SUB LINE OUT: 

connect to an active subwoofer. (refer to speaker connection diagram on page 6) 

14. SPEAKERS 8

: connect to the external speakers. (refer to speaker connection diagram on page 6) 

15. POWER CORD: 

connect to a suitable 230-240V~50Hz household electrical socket.
