The playback of the
player is too low
Check the settings of your external player.
After applying the latest Android and
iOS updates, a limiter may be activated
which reduces the output signal. This was
implemented by the manufacturers as a
protective mechanism.
Google Assistant is
not working

Reset to factory settings
In order to reset the MOTIV® GO VOICE use a paperclip and hold
the reset button (14) for 10 seconds. While holding the reset
button, 4 LEDs in the front turn orange and the 4 LEDs on top turn
white once.
The reset is successful, as soon as the Voice Assistant says: “Hi, I’m
your Google Assistant. To get started, download the Google Home
App to your Smartphone or Tablet.”
