The setup

Restart your router and your smartphone or
tablet.
Set up the Holist S near your router and
switch any repeaters off for the duration of
the setup process. If your router provides
guest access, do not use it to connect your
Holist S.

The Teufel
Holist
app is not
connected
or fails to
locate the
configured
device.
Make sure that the Holist S is operated
with the Teufel Holist App on the same
Wi-Fi. Restart your router. Do not use Guest
Network. Briefly disconnect your Holist S
from the power supply and then start them
again.
