Thank you for purchasing the Testboy ® TV 326.
The Testboy ® TV 326 is a measuring instrument for non-contact measurement of temperature
and has been constructed in accordance with the present state-of-the-art technology. The
instrument conforms to the actual standard and the requirements of the applicable European and
national directives.

Operation
The intended use includes the non-contact measurement of temperatures from -60 to +500 °C,
as well as contact measurement of temperatures from -40 to +1080 °C using and optional K-Type
sensor. Only 9 V block batteries, type 6F22 or similar types, must be used for the voltage supply.
Product description
Temperature measurement without contact is ideally suitable for rotating or live parts etc.,
because conventional contact temperature measurement of such parts is not possible. The
instrument is distinguished by a quick response time and high temperature measurement range in
a robust and practical pistol housing.
Using an additional jack for the K-Type sensor, the area of operation of the TV 326 is to a large
extent unrestricted.
The Hold function permits keeping the previous measurement values.
Furthermore, the instrument has an alarm function, °C/°F switching, minimum/maximum
/differential and average measurement, a target laser ring with LED lighting and a colour display
with background lighting.
