Assembling your Vacuum Cleaner
Never attach or remove accessories when the vacuum cleaner is switched on.
Attaching and Removing the Flexible Hose
To Attach:
Push the collar firmly into the hose inlet and check that the collar
snaps into place.
To Remove:
Press in the spring latches at the side of the hose and remove the
hose.
Attaching the hose extension
You can use the cleaner using only the hose or with the extension
tube fitted to the hose handle.
Parking and Storing the Attachments
Push the Floor Brush firmly onto
the end of the hose extension (or
directly onto the hose handle if you
are not using the extension tube.
The Crevice Tool and Furniture
Brush will attach to the hose in the
same way as the floor brush
To adjust the Extension Tube:
Press the catch in, Holding the catch
in, adjust the tube in and out as
needed. Release the catch.
Carrying the cleaner
Always carry the cleaner by the handle. The carrying handle is
integrated into the dust cup. Before carrying the cleaner make sure
the dust cup is securely attached.
You can park the floor brush
when you are not using it on
the Storage Hooks located at
the rear of the cleaner.
You can also store the cleaner
with the floor brush connected
to the extension tube and
parked on the Storage Hook.
