Place the tamis on top of the Soup Jug.
Pour roughly half the soymilk through the
tamis and into the jug.
Replace the soup maker on the worktop.
Place the stirrer into the tamis and with gentle
pressure in a circular motion sieve the residual
contents into the jug, until only coarse debris
remains. Discard the contents of the tamis and
replace it on the jug.
Pour the remaining mixture into the tamis and
spoon any residue in the soup maker into the
tamis with a plastic or wooden spoon.
Repeat the straining process and then discard the contents of the tamis.
Drink the soymilk as soon as possible or pour it into a covered jug and refrigerate it.
Consume the soymilk within 24 hours.
If you wish you can add sugar or other flavourings after the soymilk has been strained.
