Blending

1.  Make sure the flask and the blade assembly are secure

and in the lock position.

2.  Plug your blender into the mains outlet and switch on

the power.

3.  Press and hold the On/Off button

The blender will start. The blender will continue to blend
as long as the On/Off button is pressed.

4.  To stop the operation, release the On/Off button.
5.  Blend in short pulses increasing the operating time as

the blend progresses.

6.  Do not run the blender continuously for more than 1

minute. After a full 1 minute cycle allow the blender to
rest for 3 minutes before using it again.

7.  During blending, hold the both the blender flask and

the blender base for better stability.

Operating Cautions

Never blend very hot liquids in the blender. This is
dangerous as the contents may erupt. In extreme cases
the pressure inside the flask could damage the vessel.
If you spill liquid on the base immediately switch off and
wipe dry.
If the motor stalls release the pulse button immediately.
Unplug the blender and let it cool for at least 10 minutes.

When you finish blending

•

Unplug the blender from the mains socket.

•

Turn the flask and blade assembly anti-clockwise to
unlock and remove it from the base of the blender.

•

Invert the flask.

•

Unscrew the blade assembly. As there may be pressure
in the flask, open the blade assembly slightly to
release any pressure before fully removing it.

•

Spoon out the contents carefully or replace the blade
assembly with the spill-proof lid.

You can transport liquids in the flask with the spill-proof
lid in place. The lid features a stopper for easy access to
liquids when you are on the move.
