Illegal use
You must not use the software to engage in illegal activities including the reproduction, storage
and /or distribution of copyrighted materials that you do not have the express written consent
to.
Transfer
You may not transfer your rights to the software through the transfer or the sale of your Tesco
hardware product to another party. You may not rent, sell, lease, sub-license or distribute the
software.
Termination
You or Tesco may terminate this agreement at any time, at which point your rights under
this EULA will automatically end and you must cease to use the software. You must destroy
all originals and copies of the software and all associated documentation. This licence will
terminate automatically (without notice from Tesco) if any part of this EULA is violated.
Governing law
This licence is governed by laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in this EULA affects your
statutory rights. Should you have any questions about this End User Licence Agreement, please
write to: Legal Department, Tesco Stores Ltd, Delamare Road, Cheshunt, Herts, EN8 9SL.
If any part or condition of this EULA is held by governing law to be invalid or unenforceable,
such part will be enforceable to the extent allowed by law and will have no effect on any other
sections of this EULA.
