Verify that the power supply is connected to a
proper mains supply.
Check that the power supply plug is properly
connected to the reader.

indicator is correctly placed on the glass.
Verify that the indicator used says “Trazanto”.
Check the list of indicators compatible with
the system.
Verify that the indicator is not altered (it
should not have scratches, tears, air bubbles,
etc.) and that it is not written. If the indicator
is altered, check the results visually.
Check the USB cable connection. Try to
unplug all the USB cable connectors and plug
them in again.
Verify that Trazanto system has been properly
installed.
Verify that the reader has been properly
recognized and installed by the operating
system.
Download and install the latest version of
Bionova
®
Traceability Software. Verify that the
check box “Install Trazanto” is checked at the
time of installation.
Reset the reader. Press the power button to
position “O”, wait 10 seconds, and press again
the button to position “I”.
Verify that your PC has internet access. Close
the traceability software, and follow the steps
in the
Start-up
section
