6 – TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The vacuum
cleaner is not
working 1. dead batteries.
2. the battery does not keep
the charge.
3. the connector between the
unit and the charger is dirty.
4. no power in the electrical
outlet that powers the charger.
5. the charger is disconnected

3. Clean the dirt off the
connector.

There is no suction
or weak suction
from the vacuum
cleaner. 1. The dust bin is full.
2. The dust filter is dirty or
must be replaced.
3. The battery is almost dead. 1. Empty the dust bin.
2. Remove the filter group,
check for any dirt, and clean it
thoroughly or replace it.
3. Charge the battery.
Dust is being
emitted from the
vacuum cleaner 1. The dust bin is full.
2. The dust bin is not
assembled correctly.
3. There are holes in the filter
or it has been damaged. 1. Empty the dust bin.
2. Check that the dust bin has
been attached correctly.
3. Change the dust filter
The battery will not

An abnormal noise
can be heard when
the vacuum cleaner
is in use Check whether the floor brush
or the dust filter are obstructed
by large bodies of dust, or
whether the dust bin is full. Stop using the vacuum cleaner,
clean the dust filter group and
the floor brush, empty the dust
bin. If the problem persists, call
customer services
