The appliance is fitted with a by-pass that guarantees water flow on the exchanger for all
boiler operations.
When carrying out the discharge of the safety valve, it must be connected to a
discharge siphon which can be sight checked in order to avoid injuring people,
animals or objects. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for such
injuries.
Flue exhaust connections
The flue exhaust connections must not come into contact with or be near
flammable materials and must not go through building structures or walls
made of flammable materials.
Warning
If a new Type C boiler is installed to replace an old one, the whole fume
extraction and flue exhaust system must also be replaced.
Ensure that the discharge and ventilation passages are not obstructed.
Warning
Ensure that the flue exhaust connections do not leak.
This sealed chamber boiler must only be installed together with a flue
exhaust device supplied by the boiler manufacturer, as required by UNI
7129 and 7131 standards.
This kit is supplied separately and according to the different installation facilities. For
further information on inlet/ flue devices, refer to the Termovana list of accessories.
This Type C boiler has been designed to fit a coaxial flue inlet/ exhaust system (Ø 60 –
100) or a roof discharge, always coaxial, with an appropriate adapter (Ø 80 – 118).

* For a “STELLA 28” model: 3 m long max. + a 90º bend
