Section 3. Operating The Appliance

Each ceramic heat zone is operated by a control knob (see

diagram below). Various heat levels can be achieved by

selecting the settings ‘1’ to ‘6’.

Setting ‘0’ is OFF. Setting ‘1’ is LOW and setting ‘6’ is HIGH.

Use pans that have a thick, flat solid base with the same (or slightly

larger) diameter than the heating zone being used.

The neon red warning lights operate whilst a heat zone is in use or

until it has cooled down after use.
