Unit does not cool correctly.

You  can  achieve  the  most  effective  and 

economical cooling comfort if room has not 

yet been heated up. Air Conditioner operates 

more  effectively  if  room  temperature  has 

not  raised  and  has  been  kept  steady.  To 

drastically  cool  the  air  in  a  very  hot  room 

requires much more time and energy. 

TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSE

Observe  all  data  in  these  operating 

instructions concerning function range.

New  measurement  of  start  temperature. 

Please  switch  the  Unit  off  and  start  it 

again after approx. 30 minutes. If the error 

occurs  continuously,  the  Unit  requires  the 

intervention of Authorized Technical Service. 

Temporary  error  on  measuring  output 

temperature.

Please  switch  the  Unit  off  and  start  it 

again after approx. 30 minutes. If the error 

occurs continuously, the Unit requires the 

intervention of Authorized Technical Service. 

This error message in the Cooling function 

refers to too high ambient temperatures, and in 

the Heating function to too low temperatures. 

Please observe the instructions relating to 

ideal operation of the Unit.

Error  Code  E3  may  also  be  referred  to  a 

temporary error measurement between the 

start and output temperature. Please switch 

the Unit off and start it again after approx. 30 

minutes. If the error occurs continuously, the 

Unit requires the intervention of Authorized 

Technical Service. 

If the water tank is full, the Error Code E4 

appears on display and Unit stops operation. 

Remove  the  rubber  cap  at  the  bottom  of 

Unit and let water come out into an external 

container. As  soon  as  water  has  been 

completley removed, it is possible to start 

Unit again.
