WARRANTY
2450 CARRIAGE FOGGER SYSTEM
The Terex Bid-Well products are warranted, to the original owner,
against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of
1 year from delivery date. This warranty is limited to repair or
replacement of those parts found defective in material or work-
manship. All parts such as hydraulic and mechanical compo-
nents not made by Terex Bid-Well are warranted to the extent of
the original manufacturer’s warranty. Engines are not warranted
by Terex Bid-Well but are warranted by the engine manufacturer.

Terex Bid-Well shall have no liability for loss of use or for any
incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited
to, loss of profits, loss of use of other equipment, improper
performance of work, penalties of any kind, loss of services of
personnel, or any other losses which may be experienced by
the Buyer.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EX-
PRESSED OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANT-
ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND
ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR PART.
TEREX BID-WELL NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES
ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR TEREX BID-WELL, ANY
OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF TEREX
BID-WELL PRODUCTS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH
EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
