Assembly
Instructions
Remove
all
contents
from
the
carton
packaging.
Make
sure
all
parts
are
present
before
attempting
assembly.
Once
the
grill
is
fully
assembled,
go
back
and
check
to
make
certain
all
the
bolts
are
secure.
Tighten
again
using
the
screwdriver
provided
if
necessary.
Estimated
Assembly
Time:
45
minutes.
Step
1
a)
Align
the
holes
on
the
left
two
swivel
casters
(Y)
with
the
holes
on
the
left
bottom
panel
(U).
Screw
a
bolt
(AAA)
along
with
a
spring
washer
(BBB)
and
a
flat
washer
(CCC)
into
each
pre
‐
drilled
hole.
Tighten
by
screwdriver
until
secure.
b)
Repeat
the
above
procedure
for
the
right
two
rigid
casters
(Z)
on
the
right
bottom
panel.
Step
3
a)
Align
the
holes
on
the
latch
magnet
panel
(Q)
with
the
holes
on
the
front
of
cart
bottom.
Insert
one
bolt
(DDD)
along
with
a
spring
washer
(EEE)
and
a
flat
washer
(FFF)
into
each
pre
‐
drilled
hole.
b)
Loosen
the
four
pre
‐
installed
bolts
on
the
front
cart
bottom
and
allow
1/4
bolt’s
length
to
extend
from
the
bottom
panel.
c)
Align
the
holes
on
the
bottom
of
the
cart
right
panel
fixer
(X)
with
the
two
bolts
extended
from
the
bottom
panel
and
lock
it
into
place.Align
the
holes
on
the
right
side
of
the
cart
right
panel
fixed
with
the
cart
right
panel
and
screw
a
bolt
(DDD)
along
with
a
spring
washer
(EEE)
and
a
flat
washer
(FFF)
into
each
hole.
d)
Repeat
the
above
procedure
for
the
cart
left
panel
fixer(T).
e)
Go
back
and
tighten
all
bolts
using
the
screwdriver
provided.
Step 2
a)
Loosen
the
nine
pre
‐
installed
bolts
on
cart
bottom
(U)
and
allow
1/4
bolt’s
length
to
extend
from
the
bottom
panel.
a)
Align
the
three
large
holes
on
the
bottom
of
the
cart
right
panel
(W)
with
the
three
bolts
extended
from
the
bottom
assembly.
b)
Slide
the
right
side
cart
panel
until
it
locks
into
place.
Tighten
bolts
by
hand
until
secure.
c)
Repeat
the
procedure
for
the
cart
left
panel
(P)
and
cart
back
panel
(R).
d)
Align
the
holes
on
the
right
and
left
side
of
the
back
panel
with
the
holes
on
the
right
and
left
cart
panel
and
screw
a
bolt
(AAA)
along
with
a
spring
washer
(BBB)
and
a
flat
washer
(CCC)
into
each
hole.
Go
back
and
tighten
all
bolts
using
the
screwdriver
provided.
