Saving destinations (Setup)

You can store frequently used call numbers as destinations for speed dialling. Destination keys are created,
changed and saved in the Setup menu. You need to have the corresponding authorization to use the Setup menu.
If you only have a Temporary staff authorization you cannot create destination keys.

Starting the setup

1.

End an active conversation. Press the “

--

”

(Disconnect) key. You must diconnect your operator set from

the call distribution to be able to use Setup.

2.

Press the

Setup

key. The Setup menu appears.

3.

In the Setup menu you can edit destination dial-
ling keys and view the terminal ID. Your opera-
tor set can manage up to 1000 destinations.

4.

Your user name is displayed.
