Establishing several connections
With Blue Voice L, you can establish two call connections simultaneously.

You can also use Callback with the second call partner, for example.
•
You can switch back and forth between the two calls (Brokering).
•
You can connect the two call partners with each other (Forwarding

page 27)
).
Callback
You are on the phone.
Put the call partner on hold using the left softkey.
The call partner hears a waiting tune while he waits.
Dial the call number of the subscriber with whom you wish to
refer back, e.g., 1276.
Pick up the handset.
You are connected with the refer-back subscriber.
Ending refer-back
End the conversation with the refer-back subscriber.
You are now connected again to the first call party.
Brokering
You are having a refer-back conversation. The other subscriber is left waiting.
You can switch to the call partner who is waiting by using the right softkey.
The other call partner is put on hold and is now waiting. He/she hears a waiting tune.
Ending switching between lines
End the call with the current call partner.
You are connected to the other call partner.
