TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS

This machine is to only be used by Qualified
Professional Trained Operators. Contact your
Tennant Company representative for training.

−

Operation of this machine should only be
done in a site that is suitable to protect
persons authorized by the authority
responsible for the location.

−

The maximum number of qualified
professional operators that may we within one
foot of the machine during operation is two.

−

Use the approved UVA

−

UVB safety glasses

provided with the machine.

−

Use protective clothing as described in the
Important Safety Instructions section of this
manual.

−

Refer to Changing Light Bulbs section of this
manual for bulb replacement.

PLANNING FLOOR COATING APPLICATION

Before applying the Eco

−

UVC or Eco

−

UVI floor

coatings, determine which electrical outlet you will
plug the In machine into. Apply the
coating to the floor near that outlet first so that
you can operate the machine without the cord
dragging on the uncured floor. Continue applying
the floor coating working your way across the
room in the same order that you will later be
curing the floor.

HOW THE MACHINE WORKS

The In machine is designed to cure floors
instantly when used with the Eco

−

UVC or

Eco

−

UVI floor coatings. It does this by exposing

UV light to the coating which cures this special
coating. This machine is not made for any other
use.
