Examine the brake assemblies for wear, damage and adjustment. Adjust or
arrange for a replacement as needed.

Examine the tilt mechanism.

Examine the front castors for free rotation of castor assembly and wheel. Check
the rear wheels for free rotation.
For all other repairs refer to your issuing authority or Tendercare Ltd.
9: Warranty
1.
Tendercare undertakes to repair or replace free of charge, any part or parts found
to be defective due to manufacturer within a period of 12 months from the date of
delivery.
2.
Tendercare Limited will not repair or replace free of charge any part or parts found
to be defective due to abuse, misuse or lack of correct maintenance.
3.
Equipment for warranty claims should be returned in a strong carton. There may
be a charge for collection. Contact Tendercare Customer Service Department on
01903 726161.
