Internet setups are detailed in this part, which include connection types, link types and wireless security setup, etc.

3.1 Log in to UI (User Interface) 

To configure the parameters of the modem router, you should log in to its UI (User Interface) first.

Set your PC to Obtain an IP address automatically. For more information, see 

Appendix 2 Configure Your PC

.

Launch a web browser and enter 

192.168.1.1

 to display the login window. 

 

 

 

③

 

 

Enter 

admin

 in both the login User Name and Password fields if you access the router for the 

first time and then click 

Login

 to enter the home page.
