Getting to Know Your Phone

Phone Description

Arcata

2203

User Guide

Function

HOLD

Place a call on hold or resume it.

HEADSET

Place and receive calls through an optionally connected

headset. The LED is on when the phone is in Headset mode.

MESSAGE

Press to retrieve voice messages.
The button will illuminate when you have a message.

RD (Redial) Button

If the handset is off-hook (un-cradled), pressing the

button will

call the last dialed number.
If the handset is on-hook (on cradle), pressing the RD button

brings up the Call History on the display. Select a number to call

and press

(or

Send

Speakerphone

Allows for hands-free communication during calls.
