Troubleshooting tips
If you are having trouble connecting to your
Business Smart Modem, make sure the
cabling is connected correctly and the power
supply is connected.
Try restarting your Business Smart Modem and
computer/devices by turning them off. Wait at least
2 minutes before turning them on again.
